I recently used the silkening treatment on 08/30/23, and I didn’t use the heat for fine textured hair, which caused reversion. I did a wash and twist out which stretched my fro with out shrinking. Updated: 09/12/2023 I used balance shampoo, conditioner serum then I blow dry brush. I flat ironed my hair on 400 with one pass, and wrapped it after letting my hair settle. My second day it’s still straight after taking down my wrap. I’ve been outside with it blowing in the wind and it’s good. My hair is high porosity low density with type 4 texture. I like the versatility the silkening treatment offers. I emailed customer care and they were very kind with answering my questions. Thank you.

I have only had the chance to use the serum this is the only product that has made my hair shine and not frizz when humidity hit and it lasted for days of going in and out even damp weather. I am definitely going to purchase the entire system again

I absolutely love this brush. After I wash and condition my hair, I use the brush. The brush straightens my hair along with drying it. I no longer have to detangle my hair separately and I can use while my hair is still wet. This product has saved me a lot of time. I love it!!!

O have one that was given to me but its small and does not have the accent of a button and loop. I have a large head and this covers my head and the the loop is the best benefit.
