I did not like the cleansing shampoo because it made my already damaged hair shed even more. Instead I used the detox shampoo and that was gentle on my hair. The treatment gave my hair life.

So easy to apply and get through the process. I used less product than I thought I would need so am pleased that I may get two more treatments from the 4oz jar. Was traveling to the east coast and my initial blow out lasted even under a baseball cap. On the second day I flat ironed my hair in large sections and was good to go. I used the Silkout serum and blowout brush to freshen the silkpress as needed. Great product for home use Tammy!

My hair has always been dry..Since I've been using Silk Out shampoo,conditioner as well as the leave in conditioner, my hair has been awesome..It isn't as dry. I feel like I can feel my scalp for the first time in a long time..Its soft and manageable.

I used the silkening treatment (4oz)to blow dry and flat iron so I could trim my ends. I wore gloves and applied the treatment combing through without touching the scalp, and sat under the dryer 30 min then rinsed it out. I found it left my hair soft, smooth, with no tangles. My hair is high porosity, fine textured with low density ,so with heat,I could go medium heat dry and flat iron with 355-370 one pass. I tested my hair out in the humidity. it reverted but I noticed it left my hair soft and stretched like a blowout. The next day I washed it w balancing shampoo and the conditioner and the curls were there showing shine and definition. I used the silkout leave in on damp hair and sealed with an oil. It was easy to comb throughout and very soft. I would use the treatment for porosity correction and wear my natural hair in twists. So far I enjoy the product. Thank you.

I’ve experienced the silkout treatment in salons have have paid $200+ for the treatment and over $350+ for the taming treatment. And let me tell you this “at home” silkening treatment gave the same salon QUALITY RESULTS for less than half the price!! As a busy new mom it’s so hard to make it into the salon so I was secretly praying this product would be available online and now it is!! And is AMAZING!!! My shedding is almost non-existent and my hair is healthy and strong. Now I’m secretly praying that this product becomes available in stores nationwide because more women need to experience the magic and science of this product. I’m a customer for life!
